When will Price Tower open?
Our current goal is to welcome residents and guests during the latter part of 2027. Restoring one of the world's most significant works of architecture takes time, thoughtful planning, and an unwavering commitment to preserving its legacy. Every decision is being made with respect for Frank Lloyd Wright's vision while preparing the building to serve future generations.

Absolutely. We are currently accepting names for our residential interest list. Will the building still be open to the public?
Yes. While portions of Price Tower will become private residences, our vision is for the property to remain an active destination for both the Bartlesville community and visitors from around the world. The museum, restaurant, select public spaces, and community programming are all intended to keep Price Tower vibrant, welcoming, and accessible.
Will there be apartments?
Yes. Price Tower will feature a limited collection of distinctive residences unlike anything else in Oklahoma. Residents will have the unique opportunity to live inside one of Frank Lloyd Wright's greatest architectural works while enjoying modern comforts, exceptional service, and a truly one-of-a-kind living experience.

Price Tower is being redeveloped by Brickhugger LLC, a locally owned and operated family business founded by a father-and-daughter team who share a passion for historic preservation and creating places where memories are made. For us, historic preservation has never been just about saving buildings—it is about preserving the stories they tell while creating new experiences for future generations. Every building has a story. We believe those stories deserve to continue. Over the past two decades, our family has restored and operated historic hotels, apartment buildings, and commercial properties across Oklahoma, including The Mayo Hotel & Residences, Aloft Tulsa Downtown, Y Lofts (the historic YMCA Building), The Frontier Hotel in Pawhuska, along with numerous smaller historic preservation projects throughout Tulsa and surrounding communities. Today, our work continues to expand beyond Oklahoma, with projects underway in Lubbock, Texas, and additional opportunities being explored in other states. Unlike many developers, we don't view these buildings as short-term investments.We own them. We operate them. We care for them every day. That long-term commitment influences every decision we make—from preserving original architectural details to creating welcoming spaces where people celebrate milestones, build traditions, and create lifelong memories. Our greatest reward isn't simply restoring a building—it's seeing someone fall in love with a place all over again.
